Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

• Firearms: Due to federal regulations, firearms cannot be returned once transferred. All firearm sales are final.
• Ammunition: Once shipped, ammunition cannot be returned for safety and legal reasons.
• Hazardous materials: Including primers and propellants.
• Customized or engraved items
• Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer

Eligible Return Items

Optics, scopes, accessories, archery equipment, cleaning supplies, gear, and apparel may be returned if unused and in original condition within 30 days.

How to Return

• Email returns@ironsightarms.com with your order number and reason for return
• We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
• Pack the item securely in original packaging
• Drop off at any FedEx or UPS location
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
